    AI Act Article 50 Kit

Tell your users they are talking to AI, in clear words, without starting from a blank page.

Answer a short questionnaire about how your product uses AI and get draft disclosure wording for your chatbot greeting, site banner, and terms. Take it to your lawyer as a starting point, not a final answer. Not legal advice.

The kit is planned at $49 once. An optional signed log of AI outputs is planned at $15 a month. Not legal advice. Early access only. No checkout.

    Before and after

    Before

Your chatbot greets users like a person, your site has no AI notice, and your terms say nothing about AI. Article 50 of the EU AI Act has applied since 2 August 2026, according to the European Commission FAQ on transparency obligations.

    After

You have draft wording for each place users meet your AI, matched to what your product actually does, and a checklist of what to confirm with counsel.

    How you get there

    1. You start from your product, not the law text.

The questionnaire asks what your AI does, such as chat, generated text, images, or audio, and where users see it.

    2. You get wording for each touchpoint.

Chatbot notice, site banner, and a terms clause, in plain English.

    3. You can keep a record.

The optional log stores signed ClearRun verdicts for AI outputs you choose. Article 50 does not require this log.

    Honest limits

    • ClearRun checks whether an answer's confidence is backed by its reasoning. It does not check facts. A high score means the confidence matches the reasoning, not that the answer is true. English only. Early access: independent validation of the score is in progress.
    • Not legal advice. The kit produces draft wording. Whether and how Article 50 applies to you depends on your role and use case. Confirm with counsel.
    • It does not add machine-readable marking to AI-generated images, audio, video, or text. The European Commission FAQ says that for systems placed on the market before 2 August 2026, that marking duty applies from 2 December 2026.
    • The log is optional record-keeping. A signed verdict is about whether an output's confidence matched its reasoning, not whether you complied with the law.
    • English only.
