1. Service

Adepoco provides AI-powered productivity tools including browser extensions, mobile applications, and backend services. We may modify features, limits, or pricing at any time with reasonable notice for material changes.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Automated or abusive signups are prohibited. One account per person unless explicitly authorized.

3. Free Tier

Free usage is limited (e.g., usage caps, feature restrictions). We may adjust limits or require verification to prevent abuse. Free tier access is provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled.
Taxes may apply based on your location.
By subscribing you authorize recurring charges at the then-current rate.
Price changes will be communicated in advance; continued use constitutes acceptance.
You may cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
Scrape, data mine, or systematically download content.
Share credentials or allow unauthorized access.
Interfere with others' use or the service's operation.
Use the service for illegal purposes or to transmit harmful content.
Circumvent usage limits or access controls.
Resell or redistribute the service without authorization.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts for abuse without prior notice.

7. AI Output & Accuracy

AI-powered features are probabilistic and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and appropriately using any AI-generated output. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using our services.
We retain all rights to our software, branding, and proprietary technology.
You grant us a license to use your content as necessary to provide the service.
Feedback you provide may be used without obligation to you.

9. Disclaimers

SERVICE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms, applicable laws, or for any reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under applicable rules, except where prohibited by law.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, excluding conflict of laws rules. Any legal action must be brought in courts located in California.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
