Round 2028 Readiness Kit
A guided checklist built from public CMS documents: eligibility, registration, the covered document list, the bid surety bond, financial documents, a deadline calendar, and a network-bid checklist. Not legal advice. Not bidding advice. This kit does not submit a bid for you.

For independent DME suppliers getting ready for Round 2028. Prices are not final. Early access only. No checkout. Not legal advice.
The CMS dates sit on several pages. A small supplier can miss registration, the covered document review, or the bid window and lose the chance to bill Medicare for bid items when contracts take effect.
You have one checklist, a calendar you can export, and a printable binder. Each item points at the CMS page it came from, and you still confirm every date because CMS marks them as targets.
CMS listed these target dates on the CBIC site (dmeposcompetitivebid.cms.gov, pages dated October 2026): registration opens 1 December 2026, the bid window opens 5 January 2027, registration closes 1 February 2027, the covered document review date is 8 February 2027, and the bid window closes 10 March 2027. Contract suppliers are announced in late summer or early fall 2027. Contracts take effect 1 January 2028.
The checklist covers Connexion registration, the covered document package, the bid surety bond, and financial documents. It links to the CMS source for each item.
CMS describes a small supplier as one with gross annual revenue of $3.5 million or less, and says small suppliers may bid in networks of 2 to 20. The kit includes a network-bid checklist. It does not form the network or file the bid.
Export the target dates as a calendar file and recheck the CBIC site, because the dates can move.
There is no checkout on this page. Joining the list does not start a subscription.
