    Before

    Your AI agent handles the queue. You read a sample. The answer that told a customer, with complete certainty, something your docs never said is somewhere in the rest.

    After

    The audit puts that answer near the top of the list, with the line that ran ahead of its reasoning highlighted. Your team fixes the source article or the bot's instructions, and you have a report of what was checked.

      Bot answers are ranked by score and risk, with named problems such as an unsupported claim, overconfidence, or false precision.

    3. You can share it.

      A one-page PDF summary for the team.

    Honest limits

    • ClearRun checks whether an answer's confidence is backed by its reasoning. It does not check facts. A high score means the confidence matches the reasoning, not that the answer is true. English only. Early access: independent validation of the score is in progress.
    • It reviews whether the bot's confidence is backed by its reasoning in the transcript. It does not check answers against your docs or policies.
    • Transcripts can contain customer data. Strip personal data before upload where you can. Retention is not settled, and a data processing addendum is not offered yet.

    There is no checkout on this page. Joining the list does not start a subscription.

    • Audit. Planned at $49 once, up to 2,000 turns, with a ranked list and a PDF.
    • Monthly. Planned at $99 a month for one audit a month. The turn cap on that plan is not set yet.

    Does it tell me which answers were wrong?

    No. It tells you which answers sounded surer than their reasoning, which is where to look first.
